Ty Dolla $ign drops his first single of the summer: “Campaign,” featuring Future.
Two of the world’s finest purveyors of ratchet — one a student of R&B and the other a lifelong inhabitant of the trap — have joined forces for a new single: “Campaign.” It’s the title track of a new project that Ty Dolla $ign announced with today’s premiere, which comes courtesy of Zane Lowe of Beats 1 radio.
While they aren’t running for office, the duo does team up on the title track from Ty’s upcoming project Campaign. Over a high-energy beat, Future handles the catchy chorus while Ty raps about his numbers, his Porsche, and soccer star Lionel Messi.
Plus, it looks like there’s more to come from these two. “Me and Future did this on our ‘Purple Reign Tour’ on my bus,” Dolla $ign told Beats 1. “We did a couple songs actually. This is the first one we’re dropping. It’s lit.”
Future isn’t Ty’s only guest on the Campaign trail. Wiz Khalifa, Trey Songz, Travis Scott, Migos, and Meek Mill are all slated to appear on the project, which currently has no release date.
